Mr. De Los Prados holds Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Accounting and Business Administration from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), 1969. He joined the public accounting firm of Arthur Young & Company as staff auditor after graduation and from 1972 to 1974 held management positions with Litton Industries and the Boeing Company. In 1974 he joined Rockwell International, Nuclear Reactor Division as accounting manager and later was Financial Planning Director for the B-1 Bomber Program. Since 1982, has owned a public accounting firm providing accounting, auditing and tax management services and is presently Treasurer of Tamarack Resorts, Idaho.
